The Wellbeing Project’s work shows that when social changemakers engage in deep inner work the results are extraordinary – healthier and more balanced lives, more sustainable organizations, rich innovation and a much greater orientation to collaboration and movement building. Changemakers and social entrepreneurs are solving the world’s greatest challenges, but they are plagued with persistent cultures of busyness, long hours as a badge of honor, stress, and overcapacity. The Wellbeing Project is catalyzing a culture of inner wellbeing for all changemakers.
One of The Wellbeing Project’s top priorities going into this project was advancing their wellbeing narrative through collective partnerships-based storytelling.
The Wellbeing Project partnered with Alissa Reiter, an expert in inspiring innovation and business growth by tapping into what customers care about most. Together, they:
• Developed a brand blueprint.
• Created a guide for brand strategy, including audience mapping.
• Drafted an action plan for rolling out their new strategy internally and externally.
