StrongMinds partnered with Rippleworks to review and refresh employee engagement processes to empower mid-level management.

StrongMinds is a social enterprise founded in 2013 that treats depression in low-income populations by providing group interpersonal therapy (IPT-G), delivered by lay community health workers. StrongMinds has also completed the pilot phases of several new NGO partnerships in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Nigeria, reaching nearly 8,000 people with depression in those countries.

One of StrongMinds’ top priorities going into this project was scaling to five more districts in Uganda through working with government structures and partner organizations to treat depression among all by 2025.

The StrongMinds Uganda project was my second project with Rippleworks. Both experiences were delivered with care, a focus on results, and positive experiences and interactions for all.
