Sanku partnered with Rippleworks to build a leadership structure for scale

Sanku prevents malnutrition and stunting in East Africa by fortifying maize flour. By partnering with local millers, Sanku is able to add a precise formula of critical nutrients to flour during its processing, using a unique dosifier specifically designed to meet the needs of the small African flour mills that produce and sell the staple food families eat every day. In 2020, Sanku worked with approximately 400 millers to reach 2 million people in Tanzania with fortified flour. 

Sanku’s top priority was preparing their organization for the next five years of rapid growth. Sanku partnered with Rippleworks to build a leadership team structure, and identify necessary roles and responsibilities, to achieve their ambitious goals.

We were able to define what we needed, and map the road to get here.

Building out the team and org chart for true scale is no easy task, but we now have a much clearer picture of the next five years.
