Sanivation partnered with Rippleworks to build a world class service delivery playbook
Sanivation is a social enterprise dedicated to improving the overall dignity, health, and environment of urbanizing communities in East Africa by delivering clean, safe, and efficient sanitation services. Sanivation has partnered with local governments to provide more than 20,000 people access to improved sanitation services, safely removing more than 150 tons of infectious waste from communities since 2014.
One of Sanivation’s top priorities going into the project was leveling up their go-to-market execution. Sanivation partnered with Rippleworks to create a playbook for improved service delivery.
Sanivation partnered with Eve Porter-Zuckerman, a knowledge-management leader who brought experience from IKnow LLC and Isaacson, Miller. Together they:
• Defined (and demystifed) what knowledge management looks like at Sanivation as a team
• Executed Sanivation’s top knowledge management initative
• Cleared a path forward to sustain knowledge management momentum in 2022
