Burundi is regularly cited as one of the world’s poorest countries, with 65% of the population living in extreme poverty. Within this challenging context, SaCoDé has built a growing non-profit organization focused on health promotion and community development. SaCoDé promotes the well-being of communities through information, education, and awareness raising on good practices for sustainable development.
One of SaCoDé’s top priorities going into this project was developing inventory management best practices to allow SaCoDé to grow production operations to serve all 18 of Burundi’s provinces.
Everyone was so grateful. When we did the SWOT it enabled the exec sponsor to realize the importance of stock management and transportation.
