Rocket Learning partnered with Rippleworks to redesign their organizational structure to plan for future growth.
Approximately 100M children aged 3-8 in India have an unequal start in primary school due to lack of early childhood development (ECD) in their early years. Rocket Learning leverages anganwadis, community day care centers, and AI-enabled tools to deliver byte-sized, audio-visual, and gamified lessons that are contextualized and available in local languages. These lessons are implemented for the women who run anganwadis, and are helping to close the ECD gap.
One of Rocket Learning’s top priorities going into this project was redesigning their organizational structure to reach 150K+ angawadis in 2024.
