Rocket Learning partnered with Rippleworks to enhance their fundraising capabilities.

Approximately 100M children aged 3-8 in India have an unequal start in primary school due to lack of early childhood development (ECD) in their early years. Rocket Learning leverages anganwadis, community day care centers, and AI-enabled tools to deliver byte-sized, audio-visual, and gamified lessons that are contextualized and available in local languages. These lessons are implement for the women who run anganwadis, and are helping to close the ECD gap. 

One of Rocket Learning’s top priorities going into this project was scaling their fundraising efforts to maintain their growing operations.

Rocket Learning partnered with Zack Turner, an enterprise sales leader with 17+ years of experience working in tech and non-profit organizations. Together, they:

• Applied a user-centered approach to map Rocket Learning’s donor journey and customer experience.

• Created a service blueprint to uncover process improvements in their fundraising operations.

• Learned best practices and created templates for efficient and effective fundraising.
