Peepul partnered with Rippleworks to develop and embed talent strategies that reflect Peepul’s recent and ongoing growth.
Peepul believes children can be saved from poverty through high engagement classrooms that unlock their absolute potential. In their work with governments around India, Peepul strives to create classroom environments for meaningful student-teacher engagement — a key to transforming the system and breaking the cycle of poverty. So far, Peepul has reached over 10,000,000 students and 300,000 teachers across India, garnering international recognition for their work.
One of Peepul’s top priorities going into this project was developing talent strategies for continued growth.
