Nilus partnered with Rippleworks to develop a product marketing roadmap that can drive organic growth.
People with disabilities experience the highest rates of homelessness, housing discrimination, and housing insecurity in the United States. The Kelsey develops affordable, accessible, inclusive housing communities designed to scale and lead organizing and advocacy to create market conditions so inclusive housing becomes the norm.
One of The Kelsey’s top priorities going into this project was refining their user experience in order to scale to 35 communities in the next five years.
Nilus partnered with David Ovadia, a strategic marketer with a passion for product and service innovation. Together, they:
• Prioritized positioning statements.
• Developed a product marketing roadmap to drive the validation and iteration of positioning statements and support organic growth strategies.
• Created a methodology to gather user feedback and iterate according to learnings.
