Maisha Meds partnered with Rippleworks to develop onboarding and talent development processes to support future growth.
Maish Meds began full-time operations in 2017 with a suite of software products that has grown to support over 1.5 million patient encounters annually across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, and Zambia. Maisha Meds is building the financial and technology infrastructure to enable global health funders to pay for health outcomes at the last mile, with a focus on malaria case management, injectable contraceptives, prenatal care, HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis, and COVID testing and vaccination.
One of Maisha Meds’ top priorities going into this project was developing processes to build a strong culture to support future growth.
Maisha Meds partnered with Menaka Chang, a people leader and coach specializing in shaping high-performing cultures and scaling organizations to support their growth. Together, they:
• Reviewed and analyzed results of employee Net Promoter Score (NPS).
•Outlined a performance management plan.
• Refreshed Maisha Meds’ onboarding process.
