The Luminos Fund partnered with Rippleworks to establish a new performance management process

The Luminos Fund provides transformative education programs to help out-of-school children catch up to their peers utilizing a rich, five senses curriculum. Luminos was founded to ensure children everywhere get a chance to experience joyful learning, especially those denied an education by crisis, poverty, and discrimination.

One of Luminos’ top priorities going into the project was grounding their organization in a core set of competencies across countries, teams, and cultures to ensure consistent, high quality education is delivered to all students. Luminos partnered with Rippleworks to scale their performance management process through process refinements, tool selection, and training.

The Luminos Fund partnered with Emma Dawson, a people leader and organizational psychologist who brought global experience from Coinbase, Affirm, Dropbox, and LinkedIn. Together, they:

• Completed an audit of Luminos’ current performance management process

• Defined clear performance management goals and performance metrics; established an updated end-to-end performance process

• Selected and set up a new performance management system
