Lifestores enables pharmacies—the frontline of primary healthcare in Africa—to digitize their operations, reduce procurement costs, and better serve patients. Their digital pharmacy marketplace is currently used across 150 pharmacies in Nigeria.
One of Lifestores’ top priorities going into the project was growing their pharmacy customer base from 150 to 1,000. Lifestores partnered with Rippleworks to establish best-in-class sales operations to maximize the potential of their growing sales team.
Lifestores partnered with Jarrett Sidaway, a growth stage executive and P&L owner who brought experience from Raise, Updater, and Groupon. Together, they:
• Defined current and future states for Lifestores’ sales organization, including key role differentiation and affiliate segmentation
• Improved weekly sales operations planning and established KPIs to monitor performance
• Defined sales team incentives and a commission structure; strengthend loyalty program for top-tier customers
