Kreedo partnered with Rippleworks to build a sales operation capable of supporting their market demand.

The Indian education system has traditionally leaned on learning through memorization, resulting in learning poverty, huge dropout rates, and unemployable youth. The result is that only around 40% of 5-year-olds possess the ability to read letters.

Kreedo improves learning outcomes by providing Affordable Private Schools (APS) in India with affordable, high-quality classroom material, child kits, structured lesson plans and intensive teacher training. Kreedo provides +150 affordable, durable and developmentally appropriate materials for children to play and learn with. PIPE’s (Program to Improve Private Early Education) independent assessment has shown that children in Kreedo schools perform 50% better as compared to children in neighboring private schools.

One of Kreedo’s top priorities going into the project was improving their sales team training and performance management processes.

Kreedo partnered with Max Fossouo, a sales leader with 20+ years of experience growing businesses and teams in diverse and challenging markets. Together, they:

• Completed a diagnostic of Kreedo’s current state.

• Created an action plan for top pain points. 

• Improved the effectiveness of the sales team in terms of competency, motivation and systems.
