Indus Action partnered with Rippleworks to refine recruiting and learning and growth processes to reinforce IA’s core values and employee retention.
Indus Action (IA) is on a mission to move over a million Indians out of poverty by 2030. IA enables vulnerable citizens access to legislated rights – education, maternal and child health and nutrition, livelihoods among others. IA works as a ‘’do-tank’’ to bridge India’s wide gap between policy and implementation, and works with the government to ensure entitlements are delivered to the children and their families in a fair, transparent, efficient and equitable manner.
One of IA’s top priorities going into this project was upgrading their recruiting and learning and growth processes.
