One of Hello Tractor’s top priorities going into the project was deepening their reach into their current markets and expanding to new countries. Hello Tractor partnered with Rippleworks to define a user journey and service map that bolsters their business as they scale.
Hello Tractor partnered with Greg Chiocco, a product expert who led teams and built products at X, Granular, Zoox, The Climate Corporation, and Trimble. Together, they:
• Created a user journey map; prioritized primary user cohorts/personas, defined user journeys for prioritized users
• Developed a service map; learned best practices in service and user experience, prioritized pain points
• Built a forward-looking plan; identified metrics and opportunities for experimentation, built a user experience plan
