Food4Education partnered with Rippleworks to design an organizational structure for scaling core operations and new business lines.

Only 30-40% of children in Africa get the recommended daily intake of calories each day and ~25% are permanently stunted. Food4Education (F4E) provides subsidized nutritious meals to primary school children to improve nutrition and education outcomes. They focus on quality and nutrition rather than just high caloric intake, feeding approximately 450,000 kids daily.

One of F4E’s top priorities going into this project was expanding their geographical footprint within Kenya as they scale to 1M children by 2027.

Food4Education partnered with Dave Carhart, a leader in driving business success through impactful people strategy. Together, they:

• Updated their headcount planning process.

• Refined their organizational design principles.

• Developed a future state job leveling analysis .
