Amani Global Works partnered with Rippleworks to define AGW’s hiring process for rapid expansion across the DRC.
Amani Global Works (AGW) develops hospitals, clinics, and community health outreach programs that bring care to the people who need them most. AGW is working to scale a low-cost template for primary care, strengthen the government’s existing health system, and influence health policy in the DRC.
One of AGW’s top priorities going into this project was strengthening its senior leadership team with the hire of three new members.
AGW partnered with Michael J. Case, an executive coach and builder of People & Talent teams for startups with 20+ years of experience in the HR and Talent space. Together, they:
• Defined job descriptions and key responsibilities for the highest priority senior roles.
• Built a repeatable hiring and interview process to recruit senior leaders.
• Discussed potential implications of leadership structure and organizational structure to support growth.
