West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) tackles youth unemployment in West Africa by training and placing unemployed youth (18-35) in entry-level jobs. Since 2013, they’ve helped bridge the education-to-employment gap, equipping youth with essential skills for the labor market. WAVE operates four academies, training 1,500 students annually, and offer digital programs for 500 more, connecting graduates with job partners and employment opportunities.
One of WAVE’s top priorities going into this project was updating their value proposition and marketing channel strategy to scale through their academies and partners.
