Wezesha Impact partnered with Rippleworks to redesign their organizational structure to support future scale.
Wezesha Impact empowers Ugandan youth with skills to start businesses, find jobs, and improve livelihoods. With 94% dropping out before secondary school and 83% of the unemployed being youth, many pursue vocational training, yet 50% don’t use these skills for income. Wezesha’s experiential programs equip out-of-school youth and vocational trainees with entrepreneurship, employability, and civic engagement skills.
One of Wezesha’s top priorities going into this project was redesigning their organizational structure so they are better prepared to expand.
