Senior leaders in Human Resources play a critical role to ensure their ventures deliver their best through healthy turnover. In this learning session, leaders will explore a case study with an experienced expert.

Specifically, they will:

  • Learn to plan for healthy turnover
  • Examine systems and processes to maintain institutional knowledge
  • Explore techniques to maintain stability and a positive employee experience through turnover
  • Gain access to a network of leaders across regions, sectors, and functional areas

This program will be offered in English. French and Spanish captions will also be provided.

Who Should Attend:

Human Resources leaders who are responsible for determining their organization’s people strategy.

We recommend two leaders from a venture participate together. Participating with a colleague fosters accountability and thought partnership that make it easier to share learnings across a venture.
