Adapting Your Leadership Style
Enhancing leadership skills
People managers in fast-moving social ventures face diverse challenges that require them to adapt their leadership style. In this learning session, people managers will explore multiple leadership styles to navigate complex situations and inspire their teams.
Specifically, they will:
- Gain a foundational understanding of various leadership styles and identify their most effective ones
- Learn to adapt their leadership style to suit different situations
- Explore frameworks that can enhance their leadership skills to drive results
- Gain access to a network of leaders across regions, sectors, and functional areas
This program will be offered in English with interpretation and translation in French.
