Gramhal, an ag-tech non-profit, aims to empower farmers by providing them with digital solutions to access crucial information and make informed decisions. With a mission to enhance 50 million rural livelihoods by 2030, Gramhal has developed a WhatsApp-based chatbot offering crop prices, advisory services, weather updates, and government schemes. Operating primarily in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra, India, Gramhal has addressed 3 million queries from around 225,000 farmers.
One of Gramhal’s top priorities going into this project was creating a unique brand identity for the organization.
Gramhal partnered with Brooke Golden, A brand builder and team leader, focused on driving impact and growth for emerging brands. Together, they:
• Interviewed current funders
• Derived insights and trends from peer organizations
• Developed a new brand identity and created a plan to update their collateral to reflect these new messages
