PIVOT partnered with Rippleworks to define a new organizational structure to improve their field team’s effectiveness.

Madagascar has the world’s fourth-highest rate of stunted growth of children under five (42%), which is twice the average for Sub-Saharan Africa (21%). Without high-quality healthcare in the country, especially for the majority of the population that lives in rural areas, health indicators continue to worsen. PIVOT has an effective, data-driven model for district-level healthcare that can be replicated and scaled throughout Madagascar and beyond.

One of PIVOT’s top priorities going into this project was developing a plan to effectively replicate and maintain the quality of their field operations as they expand.

PIVOT partnered with Caroline Dupré, a visionary leader and business partner, focused on building scalable & successful organizations. Together, they:

• Redesigned PIVOT’s organizational charts.

• Clarified roles & responsibilities at different layers of the organization and how core functions support strategic objectives.

• Created a roadmap to roll out the new organization in phases and equipped teams with the tools and frameworks to manage change.
