Oakland Bloom

Oakland Bloom was founded with a mission to advance economic equity and to create pathways to business ownership for poor and working-class refugee and immigrant chefs in Oakland. Oakland Bloom does this through the development of people powered cooperative food business projects and its food incubator program, the Open Test Kitchen.
